We cannot offer refunds on tickets purchased.

 We reserve the right to refuse admission and will require any ticket holder to leave the premises upon refusal.

 Latecomers may be required to wait for a suitable break or interval in the performance before being admitted to the auditorium.

The performance and theatre management reserves the right to make alterations to the performance rendered necessary by unavoidable cause.

The use of camera or any other type of recording equipment is totally prohibited.

We request that all mobile telephones, pagers, digital alarms and/or any other digital devices are switched off during a performance.  

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability this cannot be guaranteed. Price and availability information may change without notice.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders and purchases

Any discount discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Shortages in delivery or damaged goods should be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods to studio@wolfgangbuttress.com. All offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Buttress Ltd at any time. 

These terms of supply shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties hereto submit and agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Rights to admission for the events sold via We Got Tickets are sold in the form of unique booking reference codes, which are delivered electronically via http://www.wegottickets.com/. They DO NOT POST OUT ACTUAL PHYSICAL TICKETS unless otherwise stated. Physical tickets may be purchased at Rough trade, Nottingham.
